What happens if my order doesnt arrive?

We advise you wait till then time stated above and then if it has'nt arrived get in contact with us. Please have your order number and name to hand. We will then look into the matter as all parcels have proof of postage reciept. Should the item have got lost by the postal system we will claim compensation from them, but in the mean time we will send you a replacement ( if we have that item and size in store) or a similar alternitive subject to your choice. or if no item is suitable we can either send you a voucher for the value, or when our refund arrives, give you a full refund!!

How do I make sure I order the right size?

First we advice you see our size chart page of how we measure our clothing, then measure yourself so you know your sizing and which size to choose from our chart guidelines. If an item is ONE SIZE and says between 6-14 and one of that standard UK sizing could fit this item. ( please note if your arms and chest and bottoms are all different sizes we can not accomadate for this in our sizing varients, but in general if you are uk standard sizing you should fit the sizing stated. Dont forget we also have a clear returns policy with 3 options, that we ask you please check before purchasing any items. As different items from full price-Sale have different returns policys. Please note surprise/ mystery bags regarding sizing issues are excempt- and are non refundable as they are a surprise/ mystery bag and that is the point of the bag. To reassure you all items will fit in with standard uk sizing, so make sure you measure yourself and read the description and take the advice of what that product is giving you regarding sizing as those are none refundable.

Where is your studio located for appointments or collections.

We have a head office and a studio based near Caernarfon, both are used. When your arranging your collection, or visiting our studio or Head office, an address and map details will be issued further to your confirmed paid booking or product SALE!

Can I make chages to an order already placed?

Yes and No!! Dependent how far along in the process we are regarding packing and shipping with our team, we cant stop the process so we would be unable to change the item/s. However if you message us early enough and subject to us recieving the message, we may be able to change the item within you order. (only if we the product you wish to make a change too in stock). We ask that you please check all details and sizing carefully before placing and paying for your order, so no mistakes are made!! if you need any help, please dont hesitate to message the team and at our earliest availbility we will endevour to respond back to you.
