  • On orders under £30 we offer standard postage options at £3.40 (first Class at £5.99 is an option)

  • We offer postage to UK, Europe and Worldwide. (our web shop currently has Europe and UK options set up, however due to the complex variety on other worldwide cites and charges, if you would like postage options out of the UK and Europe, please message us and we can arrange this and advise on costs subject to weight.

  • First class postage Orders must be placed by 1pm Monday to Friday to guarantee same day postage. (Saturday/Sunday orders will be processed the following week) Please note in current climates we cannot guarantee standard royal mail arrivals and recommend a 3-5 working days. If items do not arrive after 5 days please get in touch.

  • All other orders are sent by Standard 2nd class postage. In current climate we cannot guarantee arrival times so on our Free UK postage and paid standard postage, we give an estimated arrival of  7-10 working days (but the items usually arrive in 3-5 working days) if items do not arrive after 10 working days please get in touch.



SPECIAL DELIVERY We offer this at an additional cost, but please get in touch via Facebook or via our email to discuss the options available and orders must be placed by 1pm and contact made at least an hour before to arrange these options.

























  • We offer FREE LOCAL DELIVERY on orders over £20 (our areas for this service are Bangor to Caernarfon ONLY…. please see our delivery area list below…. Please note Anything out of this radius will be charged at the standard postage option, and orders will not be dispatched till this amount is paid!!

  • from December 26th we will be reducing our delivery days due to our quiet season and our staff taking holidays and preparing behind the scenes for the next big New season in March. Deliverys will not be on set days and will be more flexible- as and when orders arrive and we have packages to deliver. There will be no set days until our New spring Summer collection is launched. Items will always be delivered within 7 days from order being placed, but will usually arrive within a few days. If you have an item which is needed urgently please message us and we will endeavour to assist in this matter where we can ( but this is not guaranteed) If you are unlikely to be in, please leave alternative address options or details as where to deliver your order, if not We will always try to deliver your parcel asap and we will leave it with an alternative neighbour should you not be in. You will receive a notification of where the parcel has been delivered too should this happen!!

  • **For purpose of FREE LOCAL delivery’s, we ask all customers leave clear address details and if it is a remote area off the google maps grid, please leave detailed instructions in the additional messages box at payments so we can find the correct address!!


















What happens if an item doesn’t arrive via postage???

We advise you wait till the times stated above and then contact us. Please have your order name and order number at hand. We will look into the matter, as all our items have proof of receipt. Should the item have got lost by the postal system, we will either refund your order or send out an alternative immediately ( if we have it in store)

Coupons, codes and Free Gifts 

  • Coupons are subject to our discretion and are useable with terms and conditions that may vary from promotion to promotion. 

  • Some codes have minimum spends, minimum purchase orders and lowest item applys etc.. 

  • We withold the right to de-activate any code at any time, and refuse use should it be abused.

  • Some codes are redeemable once, where as others are valid several times. Please see email or facebook posts for terms and conditions on each individual code.

  • Promotion codes are not redeemable for monetary exchange. 

Free Gifts are subject to minimum spend and as we have an alloted quantity of free gifts, it is first come first serve. Some free gifts ie. a certain colour/Scent may go quicker and we endevour if the promo is still active, to offer a similar purchase to a similar value. Pictures used in promotion may not necessarily be the item we have to offer. Please note some voucher codes and free gift offers are not valid together, and it is your option to use one or the other.

*if you return goods and have recieved a FREE GIFT, if a full refund is issued to the value of the full order, the price of the free gift will be deducted. Only on refunds to the value of half will be refunded without deduction of gift. However If you get a voucher to use again for the value of your refund, your free gift will not be deducted and will recieve the full refund amount in a voucher.

( We have tried to be as accurate as possible, as in a modern world with ususual shaped garments it can be difficult) We have tried our best to bring you the most important sizes to help you on your shopping experience!

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition (please see below a list of categories to which refunds or exchanges are available)


  • Full price items….. have 14 days from date of issue for a full refund or exchange.  (as long as tags and goods remain in the same perfect condition to which they were sent.

  • Flash sale items…. Items purchased under our weekly flash sale are not covered in our full price items policy of a refund, however we will happily exchange them for another size or alternative product to the same value of the purchase or offer a voucher valid for 3 months.

  • Sale items… are non-refundable or exchangeable!!! ( sales that last longer than the 2 day flash sale) 

Faulty goods- please get in touch and we will endeavour to resolve the issue.


If you want to return full price goods or exchange, please make sure it's within 14 days from receipt of purchase…….  

  • The items are unworn and un-washed

  • For shoes - the items haven't been worn and show no signs of wear on the sole

  • The items all still have the original packaging and tags attached

  • There are no makeup, stains or odours on the items.

  • It is down to our final decision if a refund is issued. 


(Please note – For health and hygiene reasons underwear, Hosiery, swimwear and Earrings cannot be returned.


Fragrance & Beauty – you have 7 days to return any product from the date of receipt, if you are unsatisfied with them, as long as Boxes, product are fully intact and show no sign of use or wear. With the nature of such products occasionally there can be reactions, if this is the case, please wash off immediately with warm water and please return product to store for a full refund within 28 days. We advise you seek medical attention and Sienna Skye boutique takes no responsibility, you use products at your own risk.

  • On occasions our website can delay, and occasionally from time of order to processing some orders can sell out and become unavailable. If this happens we will endeavour to get in touch and inform you and dispatch a suitable alternative or offer a refund.

  • The price payable for the Products shall be as shown on the Website. Prices advertised on the Website include UK VAT but excludes delivery charges. Delivery charges are shown separately when ordering and must also be paid in advance.

  • Payment shall be made by you by the means specified on the Website and shall not be deemed to be made until We have received cleared funds in respect of the full amount stated in the order.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders which we have already accepted.

  • Our site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a Product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you. If a Product's correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.

Please note; if you make a payment for your order via PayPal it may take 7-10 days for the payment to clear. Your order will not be dispatched until the funds have cleared through PayPal.

  • If We do not deliver or if the Products We deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, our only obligation will be to inform you and try to rectify this in various ways subject to the reason, and product type.
